A: It is an individual, one to one online language course.
A: The tutorial services include the direct support of a qualified language tutor live online.You will have your own teacher for Albanian Language Course.
A: You will need a broadband Internet connection. Lessons will not be possible with dial-up connections unfortunately. No software program needed just a good quality headset microphone which is needed to be audio connected with your teacher via skype, MSN, or yahoo messenger.
A: To get the most out of your lessons, we recommend that you take one lesson per week. However, we do give you the flexibility of learning at your own pace, so it is completely up to you how many lessons you would like to take each month. Most students take 4 lessons per month, but some take only 2 and others take 8 lessons per month. You always have the option to change the frequency of your lessons as you go along.
A: Before starting the course you will be given a Free Entry Exam (oral) to asses your level of Albanian.
A: The course is divided in lessons. In these lessons you'll learn the main grammar points of the language while practicing all language skills (listen, speak, read, and write) with the live help of your tutor.
A: With I.A.L.C Program, every lesson is customized to your needs. You will work on whatever you need to work on to reach your specific goals
A: The length of lessons really depends on your specific goals, how often you are able to practice, and how often you take lessons.
A: Yes! Our lessons have brief grammar sections that give you the basis you need to start building your knowledge of the language. These foundations are indispensable if you want to become proficient and then step up to the next level.

A: Yes you can. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover,eCheck) paying online via paypal.com and for money order, western union or personal check please ask your teacher for details.
A: You will have 1 Free Trial Lesson also we are offering the Albanian Textbook GRATIS.
A: We recommend that you take one lesson per week or a minimum 2 lessons per month. However, we do give you the flexibility of learning at your own pace, so it is completely up to you how many lessons you would like to take each month.
A: With our quarterly booking program, you book 12 lessons up front, and get your 13th lesson for free. Over the course of the year that amounts to one full month of free lessons!
A: Yes, you can change the details of your lessons anytime. Please contact your teacher and advise him/her of your changes. Be sure that you give them at least a 6-hour notice prior to the lesson you want changed to ensure communicated to all parties.
A: With our standard monthly booking program, there is absolutely no long-term commitment. We have a simple "no-hassle" cancellation policy. You can cancel your next month's lessons by giving us a notice at least 15 days before the end of the current month.

Lessons are purchased on monthly terms. That means that if you cancel during a month you will not be refunded for lessons during that month. No refunds are given for lessons already paid for. However you can use any unused lessons for up to 12 weeks after your last scheduled lesson.

Example: If you are taking lessons in May but do not want to continue in June, you must let us know by May 15. This will ensure you are not billed for lessons in June. You would not get a refund for lessons that are occurring between May 16 and 31.

A: At I.A.LC, you have very flexible booking options, so you are only charged for the lessons you are taking each month. If you plan on going on vacation, you can simply add the dates you are unavailable to your vacation calendar, and we will not schedule or bill you for those lessons. That way you are in full control over how many lessons you take each month.

A: We require a minimum of 6 hours prior to the first free lesson in order for the instructor to be able to be online accordingly. Book now!
